Since February 1989, Socifel has specialized in the anti fly curtains manufacture. The company was humbly born and based in Martingança at Alcobaça county in central Portugal. At the beginning production was mainly labor intensive provided by local workers. 

As years went by an increasing number of clients became loyal and trusted Socifel’s products thus requiring quicker and more efficient responses to the growing market’s demand. This led Socifel to evolve through gradual procedure industrialization.
